Our Story

It started in 2008 when Banff didn’t have affordable clothing options.

Some friends were trying to get together for a clothing swap. None of them worked before 3pm and still they couldn’t meet up at the same time. Sherry thought to herself, “If only there was a place we could leave our stuff so that we could visit on our own time.” Wait a minute…. that’s like a thrift store. Banff doesn’t have a thrift store… So it began.

Having a deep understanding of the used clothing world, by growing up in a time when few people were interested. She always questioned and truely understood every resell model. She knew she was onto something and knew how to do it.

The Last Temptation opened as a thrift/vintage shop in 2008. Then slowly pivoted to the true vintage shop it is today. While no longer accepting donations The Last Temptation still offers lower than market prices for a hand picked, beautifully curated collection of fun and functional clothing, decor and everything in between!
